You May Touch!

This button stems from several ideas. Start off with a little tree joke. First, while at a market, I realized that I needed to make a sign saying that people could touch the buttons. People kept trying to be polite and just point, but a large part of button collecting is touching and really observing them. 

Secondly, there is a saying "touch grass" and I thought, why not touch the whole tree or something. Point is that it's a play on the phrase. 

Lastly, it's a counter to another button that says, "No Touching".

Each button is assembled by hand in St. Pete, Florida, usually as I vibe to music and relax. I use a TECRE machine which produces long-lasting metal-backing buttons. I use glossy photo paper to print as vibrant and bold images that my printer will allow. At times, this causes quality to vary.
