The gym aint gonna fix your personality, bro. To be clear this has little to do with physical activity. It's good to be active. This is directed at the alt-right pipeline that convinces young men that the key to happiness is to strive towards unattainable goals in working out that leads to isolation and hatred of self and towards others. The key to happiness is developing strong relationships with friends, family, and your community.

Each button is assembled by hand in St. Pete, Florida, usually as I vibe to music and relax. I use a TECRE machine which produces long-lasting metal-backing buttons.
