Button Failed to Load Windows 1.75in Buttons

Using a template design to look like the old windows notifications, this reads "Error. The button failed to load an image. Please Try Again."

This is a round 1.75in sized button. Comes in Pin-backed, Magnet, or Keychain. 

I try to make the buttons the highest quality I can with metal backing and quality paper. Of course, picture may somewhat vary.
